I'd Tell You I Loved You But Then I'd Have To Kill You

I'm reading the book, I'd Tell You I Loved You But Then I'd Have To Kill You, by Ally carter. It's about a girl named Cammie Morgan who has a secret life as a spy, going to a undercover all girls spy school named Gallagher prep. So far Cammie has a new teacher at Gallagher prep, he's way tougher then anyone she has ever had as a teacher. Her new teacher also happens to have known her dad, a secret spy that disappeared on a mission when she was young, had disappeared and had insinuated that he had died/disappeared because he wasn't a good enough spy and hadn't worked hard enough to accomplish his secret mission. Cammie is taken back by what her teacher thinks, and automatically does not like him.
I think that the reason Cammie's having such a hard time in his class is the reason that he blames her dad for being responsible for dying/disappearing. Also I think that its hard for her to be in his class because she can't believe her mom ( headmistress of Gallagher prep) would hire someone who would say something like that against her dad. I understand why Cammie is so astonished and taken back by her mom, who is supposedly one of the bets spies in the world, trust for someone who was so judgmental about her father. I would have acted in the same way if i were in her position. But because he's so hard on her and acts as though her father was too weak of a spy to accomplish that mission, I think she might try to step it up and try to show him how good she can actually be as a spy, and earn some respect.
